Almost perfect, need to get rid of Velcro
I used this traveling through Europe for two weeks. It is nearly perfect. I love the luggage handle pocket and how big it is when you zip it closed to use as an external pocket. The main zipper of the bag is so smooth, the slider is so luxurious. The space inside is large, it fits my big 32 oz water bottle and can still zip up unlike a lot of other bags this size. It holds a lot of items, fit my iPad, book, water bottle, electronic case, liquid carryon bag, and more. I was worried the straps wouldn't be able to take on so much weight because they are thin, but they did. I do think thicker straps would be more comfortable.
Two improvements that would give this a 5 star: 1) the laptop holder inside closes via Velcro, which is cheap. It should be a magnet for this price. The Velcro scratches and generally gets in the way. 2) I wish there was a small zipper pocket inside, not just open pockets.

As others noted, the laptop sleeve does not go to the bottom of the bag, which led to a weird fold when it was placed on the ground. More disappointingly, the bag surface started to peel within a few weeks and clearly will not last. I have already stopped using it and regret the purchase.

Great work/travel tote
I love this tote overall. It is so nice to have the laptop sleeve and all the other pockets to help keep things organized and I love the trolley sleeve that zips closed to a pocket when not being used! Only thing I don't love is the gap between the bottom of the laptop pocket and the bag cuz I feel like that's an unused space - but overall great bag!
